Vegan Celebrities: Delray Beach trainer and bodybuilder in running for “Sexiest Vegan”

PETA’s latest promotion might involve beefcake, but absolutely no beef.

Delray Beach personal trainer, military vet, body-builder and nutrition coach Korin Sutton, 29, is one of ten guys and ten women up for the title “Sexiest Vegan Next Door,” the animal rights’ group’s ode to being humane hot. He was picked from hundreds of entrants from across the country to make the final round. One man and one woman will win the title and a trip for two to Hawaii, courtesy of Humane Travel.

PETA Executive Vice President Tracy Reiman says that not only “on average, are vegans fitter and trimmer than meat-eaters are—and of course, they spare the lives of more than 100 animals every year.” Apparently Sutton’s not hurting for fuel – he’s been a part of two vegan bodybuilding teams, Team Clean Machine and the PlantBuilt Vegan Muscle Team. And he spreads the plant-based fit love in his own personal training business, BodyHD Fitness. He’s a veteran of both the United States Marine Corps and Navy, enjoys cycling, racquetball, stand-up paddle boarding and training (get ready to squee!) his mother.

Vote for Korin or your other favorites (but seriously, vote for Korin) by noon EDT on May 1. The winner is determined by votes and other factors. Winners are announced May 6. For more information, visit PETA’s official site.
