Vegan Recipe – Easy Vegan Pancakes
- 1 cup of plain flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 TBSPs of baking powder
- 3 TBSPs of sugar
- 2 TBSPs of oil
- 1 cup of coconut milk
Mix all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk thoroughly until it reaches a smooth consistency.
Pour oil into a non-stick pan, and spoon some of the mixture onto the pan in nice, smooth sections.
Allow to cook before flipping. Use a spatula or opt for a pancake flip if you’re feeling brave!
Serve with chopped strawberrys and sprinkle a touch of caster sugar.
