Spring Fruit Salad
Yield: 6-8 servings
2 tbsp Raw Cane Sugar
1 Sweet Lime, juiced
2 cups Strawberries, sliced lengthwise
2 cups Pineapple, cut into cubes
1 cup Mango, cut into cubes
1 cup Honeydew, cut into cubes
Heat the sweet lime juice and sugar in a small sauce pan for about ten to fifteen minutes. Allow to cool and refrigerate.
Add all of the fruits together in a large bowl.
Once the sweet lime syrup is cooled, pour it over the fruit and stir well, making sure all the fruit is covered. Refrigerate for one hour and serve cold.
