1 Large Butternut Squash,3/4 cup cooked brown and wild rice3 tbs olive oil3 green onions1 small onion2 tbs minced garlic2 celery stalks1 8 oz package of tempeh2 tbs lemon juic3 tbs maple syruppinch of red pepper flakes2 tbs parsley, seeds from 1/2 pomegranate.
